• Stable maintenance (100%) At the Logistics and Maintenance Section of the Logistics and Territorial Division. The function provides for the management of the Service, including the management of the staff. The city's real estate park includes approximately 70 items for an insured amount of CHF 380 million. It manages the activities of the service according to the work programmes, municipal resolutions, quota needs and priorities established by the Directorate of Division. He works with other administration services in multidisciplinary projects. He works as project leader for projects assigned to him. Among the main tasks are:
• Direct and coordinate the technical and administrative activities of the Service;
• Short, medium and long-term planning of maintenance operations for external companies and maintenance group (artigiani, stable custodians);
• Manage maintenance contracts with external specialists;
• It manages the control of heating systems and the casket of the plants (oil, wood chips, heat pumps, etc.) according to the directives of the Canton in collaboration with the designated external controllers;
• It manages the taxation to the users for the heating systems;
• It manages the energy supply of the stables with competitions in accordance with the LCPubb;
• It collaborates with the drafting of reports and messages for the City Hall;
• Establishment of competition notices in accordance with the LCPub;
• Function as a technical advisor for the Municipal Authorities (Elderly Institute, Palacinema); The entry into service is scheduled as soon as possible on 1 October 2026 or date to be agreed The requirements are:
• Diploma of SSS technician;
• In case of absence of the diploma, availability to achieve it;
• Explain quality of planning and organization; 2
• Spirit of initiative and attitude to group work;
• Ease of contact, public relations and communication;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Oral and written teaching of the Italian language and at least a second national language d/f;
• Licence of conduct B;
• Availability to work out of time, according to the needs of the service and the picket

Experiences

• Experience in the technical and administrative branch of the municipal, cantonal or federal public;
• Conduction and management of projects in the real estate sector;
• Management of a dedicated financial budget. The position is framed in the role of Chapter III in Class 10 (according to ROC-LO1). The salary fork, for 100% use, starts from CHF 69’676.- up to a maximum of CHF 104’514.-, to which allowances for children must be added (CHF 2’580.- /CHF 3’216.-).
