<p><span lang="FR-CH">We are looking for young talent to join our <strong>EFG Graduate Programme – Digital and IT path in Geneva</strong>, with a focus on <strong>Cyber Security and Cloud Architecture<u> </u></strong></span></p><p><span><strong><u>How the EFG Graduate Programme works?</u></strong></span></p><p><span>Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group:</span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>You will start with a 2-week onboarding in Switzerland to discover EFG Mission, Vision and Culture and start building your professional network. </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>During the onboarding you will have the chance to attend specific trainings aimed at enhancing key competencies and communication skills. </span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Continuous learning opportunities to ensure you develop both personally and professionally to achieve full potential.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Buddy and Mentor to accompany you throughout the programme.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt;"><span>Truly global, we have positions based in Miami, London, Luxembourg, Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Singapore and Hong Kong.</span></li></ul><p><span>In this path, you will complete a 6-month rotation in your preferred digital or IT function, allowing you to specialise and develop expertise in your chosen area.
