Educator/educator I as Robinson Park Manager (10-20%)

Bastian Lerch BL/ta 17 July 2026 AVVISO DI CONCORSO IL MUNICIPIO DI LOCARNO makes known that the competition for the recruitment of an educator/educator I as Head of Robinson Park (10-20%) is open The function is subordinated to the management of the educational institutions of the City of Locarno. This role includes planning and management of Saturday afternoon activities and events at the Robinson Park, scheduled between 14:00 and 17:00, open to students and pupils of elementary school and/or school of childhood. There are also administrative management tasks related to the activities and their inscriptions, as well as the task of overseeing the overall vision of the activities of the Robinson Park, ensuring coordination and good functioning.

• Required requirements
• bachelor of social educator SUP or bachelor in social work or education sciences;
• previous experience in the field of reference (animation, summer colonies, CEMEA courses, pedagogical activities with children, etc.);
• good knowledge of the main programs;
• good organizational and planning skills;
• good communication and relational skills;
• operational autonomy and sense of responsibility;
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language (understanding and spoken at C2 or higher level);
• preparing for work in teams and the needs of children-boys;
• proactivity, availability, adaptability, practical sense, sensitivity to educational problems, professional seriousness and pleasure to live with adults and children in a real community. The entry into service is scheduled for 1 September 2026. Remuneration The position is framed in the role of Educator I in Class 9 (according to the Organic Regulation of Collaborators and collaborators of Locarno). The salary fork, for 100% use, starts from CHF 65’732.- up to a maximum of CHF 98’598.-, to which allowances for children must be added (CHF 2’580.- /CHF 3’216.-).
