Role overview

Mission The Account Manager delivers and promotes a culture of Quality, Respect and Excellence to External Asset Managers and their end-clients, to Relationship Managers responsible for the EAM relationships as well as to various internal teams and departments. Main responsibilities Process and manage all operational requests received from Relationship Managers and External Asset Managers Coordinate across operational teams to ensure smooth execution of activities and timely follow-up Provide high-quality support and proactively propose solutions and improvements on assigned topics Ensure accurate and swift execution of operational transactions, instructions and requests from RMs and EAMs Take ownership, input and follow-up on Securities and Structured Products orders, Fund orders, Private Equity, Limited Partnerships, Forex and Swap orders, payment orders, cheques and standing orders, Securities and Fund transfers, Credit cards and Fiduciary deposits and loans Handle administrative requests (investigations, account and tax statements as well as specific ad-hoc requests)

Your Profile Degree in a related field (banking apprenticeship, CYP, banking internship or similar) Private Banking certificate, CWMA or other equivalent certification a plus Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a Private Bank or External Asset Managers Strong banking and KYC knowledge Strong team spirit, inter-personal skills, open-minded, highly service and client oriented as well as excellent communication skills Fluent in French and English. Any additional language would be a strong added value
