Role overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, the E-Commerce Performance Marketing & SEO Manager, is responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic to the site, that bring sales and revenue for Guess e-commerce website.
He/she will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and online visibility through paid and organic digital channels.
Another task will be the supervision of the entire Performance Marketing team and all the activities performed by it.

- Must possess strong leadership skills and be precise, well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and follow-up
- Excellent analytical and time management skills. Preference to work with number
- Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and good level of proactivity
- Sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on company’s success
