At the Beilngries site, around 360 employees in the Grain Quality and Supply division are dedicated to plant and mechanical engineering in the fields of grain processing and malting and brewing. This includes cleaning, drying, transport (including handling technology and ship loading), storage and digitalization to process grain from the field to the consumer. Always with a focus on efficiency, product quality and sustainability.

Tasks

• Monitoring of authorisations
• Export control
• Classification of goods in the customs tariff
• Control, inspection and archiving of customs documents (imports/exports)
• Monitoring of customs checks and controls on the exit notes
• Preparation of action and procedure instructions for foreign trade law/customs law
• Internal and external contact for any customs matter including contact with authorities and offices

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. merchants for wholesale and foreign trade, forwarding or industrial traders or similar)
• Multi-annual experience in export control
• Extensive knowledge in the Foreign Trade Act
• Basic knowledge of the War Weapons Control Act, US Export Law (ITAR, sir) desirable
• Self-employed and very careful working methods
• A team-oriented and decision-making personality with a high degree of solution orientation
• Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) knowledge in word and writing
• Versified in handling SAP and the MS Office package
