Role overview
## Workload: 80% or more | Axpo Hydro Surselva AG | Tavanasa **Working in one of the most exciting industries in Switzerland – sustainable energy!** As a dispatcher in operations and shift work at Axpo Hydro Surselva AG, you will ensure the safe, resource-saving and efficient operation of our power plants and grid facilities.
In this responsible role, you will be a central part of our team and monitor the plants around the clock from the power plant control center (KSS).
## Tasks & responsibilities: - Operation and monitoring of our power plant and grid facilities in shifts (24/7) - Recording and forwarding of fault reports as well as organization of on-call employees - Implementation and creation of energy schedules - Preparation of water balance forecasts for the Flex Pool - Plausibility check and monitoring of the energy schedules of the Flex Pool - Systematic implementation of weekly on-site inspections in the power plants ## Profile & Requirements: - **Education:** Completed technical training (e.g.
