What you will achieve with us - As Director of Brand & Marketing, you will be fully responsible for the brand and marketing of Badrutt’s Palace across all touchpoints – hotel, restaurants, bars, spa, retail, and events.
You will further develop positioning, brand image, tone of voice, and visual identity, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence.
You will lead the Brand & Marketing team with high standards in brand understanding, cultural sensitivity, and excellence.
Key requirements
Strong sense for Ultra Luxury, aesthetics, and brand impact
Several years of experience in senior Brand and/or Marketing roles in premium/luxury sector
Comprehensive digital expertise in social media, content, performance, web, and CRM
Entrepreneurial mindset and high decision-making and implementation skills
Confident handling of internal and external senior stakeholders
Very high proficiency in English; German is an advantage
Willingness to work in a demanding, seasonal environment
Proven leadership experience at management or executive board level
