Role overview

What you will achieve with us - As Director of Brand & Marketing, you will be fully responsible for the brand and marketing of Badrutt’s Palace across all touchpoints – hotel, restaurants, bars, spa, retail, and events.

You will further develop positioning, brand image, tone of voice, and visual identity, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence.

You will lead the Brand & Marketing team with high standards in brand understanding, cultural sensitivity, and excellence.

Key requirements

  • Strong sense for Ultra Luxury, aesthetics, and brand impact
  • Several years of experience in senior Brand and/or Marketing roles in premium/luxury sector
  • Comprehensive digital expertise in social media, content, performance, web, and CRM
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high decision-making and implementation skills
  • Confident handling of internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Very high proficiency in English; German is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a demanding, seasonal environment
  • Proven leadership experience at management or executive board level
