Tasks - Assume the operational direction of the Cantonal Financial Control (CCF) ensuring the administrative, financial and human resources management - Assume the technical direction of the CCF in the field of internal and external audits and the related quality control in compliance with the internal regulations of the Cantonal Administration (CA) and the generally recognized auditing standards - Ensure the achievement of the annual and four-year objectives established with the planning of the CCF - Collaborate with the Grand Council in the exercise of high supervision, carry out ad hoc mandates or specific advice on financial and procedural matters at the request of the Management and Finance Commission or other parliamentary committees - Ensure timely advice to the Council of State on financial, procedural and organisational matters, and carry out ad hoc mandates at the request of the Government - Participate in and possibly coordinate working groups inside or outside the CA compatible with the role and statute of the Service ## Requirements - Complete academic training (bachelor + master or license), obtaining the diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting APF constitutes a preferential title - Multi-year experience gained in auditing, subordinately in financial management - Many years of experience in group management - Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (conversation and drafting), good knowledge (written and
