• Performing the client function for the planning and execution of construction projects, such as office, R&D, production buildings as well as fit-out projects with a focus on the European region
• Ensuring compliance with schedule, cost and quality at all stages
• Coordination of all external and internal project participants: such as construction companies, architects and planning offices
• Ensuring customer-specific requirements and their implementation in the planning and execution process
• Proactively drive digitalization and innovation by finding opportunities and creative solutions
• Ensuring the implementation of Siemens guidelines, including sustainability, digitalization and safety on the construction site (Zero Harm Culture)
• Cooperation with public authorities to ensure construction requirements
• Preparation of decision-making bodies and management presentations for internal decision-making Your talents and experience
• University degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or comparable qualification in real estate
• At least six years of relevant professional experience in project management as well as in the planning and organization of building projects
• Proactivity, positive and team-oriented appearance and entrepreneurial behaviour with strong communication and assertiveness
• Determined, with a high degree of motivation to learn, evolve and adapt, and an affinity for innovation
