Duties - assists the Director in the administrative management of the cantonal socio-psychiatric organization (OSC) - coordinates and is responsible for the activity of the central services of the OSC: finances, personnel, finance, logistics and security, hotel and catering - supervises the financial management of the OSC, prepares forecast accounts and final accounts and monitors the evolution of expenses and revenues - maintains contacts with the central services of the cantonal administration and collaborates in the management of the related projects, for example in the IT and logistical - verifies the correct application of regulations in financial, human resources and purchasing management - participates in negotiations with health insurers for the definition of fees and tariffs and verifies the preparation of hospital analytical accounting and related reporting - participates in working groups at cantonal and federal level • Requirements - academic training (bachelor's + master's), preferably in economic sciences, or experience that allows to certify its equivalence - knowledge of the institutional context of the Canton as well as of the decision-making and legislative processes - aptitude for teamwork and the development of relationships within the cantonal administration and with partners in the area - spirit of initiative, analytical, decision-making and mediation skills - excellent knowledge of Office tools - excellent linguistic knowledge of Italian (conversation and drafting) and good knowledge (conversation and drafting) of a second official language - editorial skills Preferred qualifications: - experience in managing a large number of collaborators and/or in the field of hospital or social-health management - knowledge of SAP system, Rekole certifications and/or quality and pricing management systems in the hospital and social-health sectors.
