Nursing professional HF/FH (80-100%) who contributes with expertise, empathy and professionalism to the optimal care of patients. Your tasks – responsibility with heart and competence

• Individual care and care of patients taking into account the latest nursing and medical findings
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process in close coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Professional guidance and support of assistant and auxiliary staff, students and learners
• Advice and care of relatives to actively involve them in the care process
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with hygiene rules
• Documentation and reporting on nursing history and medical measures

Your profile – expertise meets passion

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Professional experience in acute care, long-term care or a specialized field of expertise is beneficial
• High social skills and empathy, coupled with a pronounced service orientation
• Teamwork and interdisciplinary thinking to ensure optimal cooperation with doctors and other specialist areas
• Flexibility and resilience to keep track even in challenging situations
