To complement the Spitex region Uzwil we are looking for immediately or by agreement Dipl. Nursing professional (80-100%) Our state-of-the-art Spitex operation ensures ambulatory care and domestic services for around 40,000 residents in eight contract municipalities in the Uzwil region. With around 60 employees, we ensure these services. Their tasks

• Care, accompany and advise clients and their relatives
• Implementation and assurance of the implementation of the care process with interRAI HCSchweiz
• Ensure effective, appropriate and economical care.
• Participation in the guidance and support of trainees, students and trainees

They bring with them

• Completed training as a certified nurse/nurse specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience in ambulatory care or great interest in it
• Responsibility, physical and psychological resilience
• Flexibility and organizational skills
• Driving licence Cat. B
