Die Pflegedirektion sucht für die Stationen der Inneren Medizin (30 und 24 Betten) of the HFR Tafers,

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann 40-100% unbefristeter Vertrag

Aufgaben

• Sie erbringen eine qualitéativ hochstehende Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit den Patientinnen und Patienten und ihrem Umfeld, wobei Sie das geltende Pflegeleitbild berücksichtigen.
• Sie fördern die fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und beteiligen sich aktiv daran, sowohl auf Team- wie auf Spitalebene.
• Sie beurteilen Ihre Leistung und passen sie im Sinne einer kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung an.
• Sie wirken an der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung mit.
• Sie betreuen, unterstützen und beraten neue Mitarbeiter/Innen sowie Lernende und Studerende.

Profile

• Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/ FH /DNII / AKP
• Von Voteil haben Sie Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege.
• Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch fliessend (min. B2), von Vorteil Kenntnisse der französichen Sprache.
• Sie beherrschen die gängigen Informatikprogram.
• Sie ringen eine dynamische und konstruktive Einstellung mit.
• Sie bringen Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick mit.
• Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit als Praxisausbildner/in und Berufsbildner/in zu arbeiten oder die Ausbildung zu absolvieren.

Your profile

• Diploma of nurse in general care, level ES or HES, or training deemed equivalent
• professional experience in acute care is an asset
• Mastery of German (current, min. B2) or willingness to learn, knowledge in French is an advantage
• mastery of common computer tools
• dynamic and constructive attitude
• social skills, teamwork and communication skills
• in case of interest, possibility to practice as a practical trainer and master of learning or to follow the corresponding training
