Tasks
- Caring for patients in the zone model on the ward with around 27 beds
- Leading a zone with the assigned patient group
- Adequate delegation of nursing activities to nursing staff
- Working according to the principles of LeanHospital in a homogeneous team of around 30 employees
Requirements
- Basis: Diploma as nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
- Glad: Experience in an acute operation
- Very happy: High patient orientation and strong organizational capacity
- And also: Great teamplayer qualities
