• Responsibility for safe, professional and patient-oriented care throughout the entire care process in compliance with current quality requirements.
• Implementation of demanding nursing measures such as infusion therapies, pain management, postoperative care, wound management and monitoring of clinical parameters.
• Continuous assessment of health status, identification of complex care situations and initiation of appropriate nursing or medical steps.
• Interprofessional cooperation with doctors, therapists, social services and relatives – including case-oriented communication.
• Careful digital documentation as a basis for quality assurance, professional recruitment Interlaken and structured recruitment Interlaken.
• Participation in process optimizations, care development projects and internal working groups.
• Optional: Assumption of management responsibility such as team coordination, professional support for new employees, participation in service planning or project management by Dipl. Nurse HF FH.
