• Advice and care for inpatient and outpatient patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus
• Advice and care for patients with gestational diabetes
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with diabetologists and other specialist departments
• Learn and use technical aids such as Sensor systems and insulin pumps
• Preparation, organization and implementation of further education, training and courses for medical professionals What you bring to this position
• Training as a qualified. Nursing specialist HF/FH with additional training CAS / DAS or HFP in diabetes counseling or qualified. Nursing specialist HF with the willingness to complete this over time
• You are enthusiastic about diabetology and are looking for an exciting challenge as a diabetes expert in a small, motivated team
• Ideally, professional experience in the field of diabetology
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Committed, motivated and open personality with a high level of social skills
