## Tasks - Pay special attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables, and bread, and combat food waste with foresighted orders - Order, receive, check, and stock fresh products and all other goods in your store - Implement store layout guidelines correctly - Monitor expiration dates in the fresh product category - As a deputy, guide, support, and develop staff – and set an example for them - As a deputy, share responsibility for key figures – including sales, labor costs, and inventory ## Requirements - At least three years of professional experience: preferably in retail as a specialist, area, or department manager - Completed vocational training (EBA): ideally in retail (food) or a related field - Enjoyment of fresh products and ideally prior professional experience with them - Physically fit, as some parcels weigh up to 10 kg - Strong planning and organizational skills, with a knack for interpreting key figures - Familiarity with PCs, tablets, and smartphones – and quick to adapt to other digital tools (e.g., for inventory management) - Very good German language skills ## What we offer - Part of the Migros Group: A strong retail brand under the umbrella of the Migros Group - Healthy work: High standards in workplace safety, ergonomics, and hygiene - Maternity/Paternity leave: 5 extra weeks of parental leave (19 weeks total) for mothers at 100% pay.
