As Deputy Shift Supervisor, you are the central operational contact for your team, maintain an overview, and ensure smooth operations with your expertise and commitment.

## Responsibilities - Support the Shift Supervisor in leading and coordinating the production team - Monitor and execute production processes in compliance with hygiene and quality standards - Ensure smooth shift operations - Responsibility for material procurement in the assigned area - Assist in personnel planning and training of employees - Point of contact for the team and on-site production management ## Requirements - Training as a food technologist or similar, with experience in food production, ideally in a leadership role - Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and hygiene standards - Assertiveness and teamwork skills - Independent, structured, and responsible work approach - Flexibility and willingness to work shifts - Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
