Job Description Responsibilities: - Instruction of files and preparation of hearings - Acting as chancellor during hearings - Drafting of judgment projects - Preparation of reports and decisions - Research on doctrine and jurisprudence ## Requirements - Lawyer's license, doctorate in Swiss law or master's degree in law or Swiss law license - Preferential title: work experience in the criminal field - Excellent language skills in Italian and good oral and written skills in official languages - Attitude to independent work, collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team - Editorial skills - Good computer skills for text editing and document research - No ongoing enforcement proceedings and absence of asset deficiency certificates - Swiss citizenship ## Special Observations - The position of Deputy Chancellor I (class 11) can only be assigned to candidates with complete academic degrees: university degree, bachelor's and master's degree (270/300 ECTS credits) and who have gained at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field - The position of Deputy Chancellor II (class 10) will be assigned to candidates with a bachelor's degree or short degree or to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and with complete academic degrees: university degree, bachelor's and master's degree (270/300 ECTS credits) ## Application Conditions - Applications must be submitted online.
