For our à la carte restaurant we are looking for a dedicated personality with passion for the fine cuisine.

As the boss of the game, you will be responsible for your own role, bring your creativity to new dishes and work together with the team for culinary experiences at the highest level. If you like to take responsibility, work in a structured way and enjoy passing on your knowledge, you will be perfectly suited to us.

YOUR TASKS

• Self-employed management and organisation of a post
• Mainly use in our à la carte restaurant "Quadro"
• Compliance and implementation of our hygiene guidelines and quality standards
• Leadership of employees and support in the training of our learners
• Help in the design and development of new dishes and recipes
• Ordering fresh goods
• Irregular working hours as well as evening and weekend services are part of this activity.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training as a cook (EFZ or equivalent)
• Experience as a chef in the high-class gastronomy
• Interest and motivation in the training of learners
• Good German skills
