• needs- and customer-oriented care and care of patients according to the care process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. YOUR TASKS
• Holistic and individual care of the assigned patients according to the nursing process
• Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with the support of our specialist health staff
• Recognition and control of emergency situations and initiation of adequate measures until the arrival of the doctor
• Assumption of responsibility for the correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned task area
• Motivated support of the development and learning processes of learners and students REQUIRED TRAINING
• Completed training as a dipl. Nursing specialist or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
• At least two years of professional experience in the acute field
• Vocational pedagogical training: Vocational trainer / in SVEB 1 or the willingness to complete this BEFORE EXPERIENCE
• Professional experience required in the acute hospital, ideally in the field of orthopaedics / surgery FURTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent
• Good German skills in word and writing (certificate B2)
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social competence as well as a pronounced empathy
