Hirslanden Bern AG includes Klinik Beau-Site, the Salem Hospital and Klinik Permanence with a total of around 350 beds. In the kitchen of the Salem Hospital we offer a free apprenticeship as a learner / cook EFZ with training start on the 1st. August 2027.

You work in a team and learn different forms of preparation – from preparation to presentation. In practice, you apply your knowledge from the vocational school and the intercompany courses (UK) continuously and according to your training status. You will be accompanied by a vocational trainer throughout your learning process.

• You have completed elementary school (secondary school or good real degree)
• You are enthusiastic about gastronomy in healthcare
• You enjoy handling food and preparing food
• You like to work creatively and are experimental
• You like working in a team and are reliable
• You are physically resilient
• You have good manners.
