• You control the receipt of goods, prepare food and cook it taking into account nutrition, efficiency and environmental protection
• You will learn how to use modern kitchen equipment and professional kitchen technology
• Together with the team you develop menu suggestions
• You ensure that the dishes in the kitchen are perfectly presented
• In addition, you have the opportunity to complete internships in various areas, such as in the spa hotel Oberwaid or in a butcher’s shop.

• You have completed your school education (secondary school or secondary school)
• Dealing with food and its preparation makes you happy
• You are enthusiastic about gastronomy in healthcare
• You have understanding and empathy for sick people
• You are ready to work on weekends and holidays

What you have to submit

• A letter of motivation with your current CV and a photo
• Copies of your school certificates from 6th grade
• Your interlocking result
• Reports of trial days or weeks (professional internships)
• The contact details of two reference persons (teachers) with telephone number and e-mail address

In the kitchen of Klinik Stephanshorn you will be part of a committed and competent team. Our vocational trainers will support you personally and assist you during your training. With us, you will receive four additional paid free days for changing clothes along with 5 weeks vacation. In addition, we only offer day services so that you can enjoy your free time to the fullest. If you decide to travel by public transport, we support you by covering 75% of the cost of your route subscription.
