Customer Experience \& Events Coordinator Your tasks

• Organize visits for customers, partners and guests, including agendas, meetings, hospitality and logistics. *

Support corporate events, customer events and open houses, from planning to on-site coordination and follow-up. Coordinate trade shows, working with suppliers and the Marketing and Sales teams. Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. * Monitor the quality and consistency of customer-facing activities, collect feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and event processes. Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field. * At

least 3 years of experience in event coordination, customer experience, hospitality or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail. * Fluent in Italian and English

• German is a plus.
