As a customer and travel advisor at RhB, you will assist our clients with planning, provide advice, and book experiences that will leave lasting memories.
## Responsibilities - Travel consulting for customers from all over the world via phone and email - Sales and consulting for premium products Bernina and Glacier Express, as well as special offers and promotions - Service and support for online customers and sales points - Group reservations and scheduling in the panoramic carriages of the Bernina and Glacier Express, as well as in regional trains ## Requirements - Completed training as a public transport clerk or equivalent training in tourism or customer dialogue - Good knowledge of public transport systems and products, as well as proficiency in MS Office - Communicative, team-oriented, flexible, and highly resilient personality who remains calm and organized even in hectic situations - Excellent German skills and good proficiency in English, French, or Italian, both written and spoken - Enjoyment of phone-based work, strong customer and sales orientation, and willingness to work irregular hours during the week and on weekends ## What We Offer - 2nd class general subscription - Discounts on free travel tickets abroad - Paid mobile phone and subscription for business and private use - Flexible part-time models - Attractive social benefits and a healthy pension fund - Option to purchase additional vacation days - Opportunities for internal and external training with financial support from RhB ## Contact Further information: The start date is May 1 or by agreement.
