- To complete our team of the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valli, seat of Bellinzona, we look for a(a) Cuoco (100%) Profile: The person we are looking for possesses the federal certificate of capacity as a cook, has excellent knowledge of the Italian language both spoken and written and of a second national language; he knows how to use the main computer means and has mastery of food techniques, equipment and cooking machines as well as of the norms and hygiene procedures in force (HaCCP rules).
