Full description

As a Junior Controller you get a broad insight into the controlling of Migros Aare. You will be carefully trained, gradually take on more responsibility and develop professionally in the direction of controllers or business partner controlling. You will be supported by an experienced controlling team that shares knowledge and works closely together.

Mansioni

• You support our business partners in reporting, forecasting, budgeting and multiannual planning
• You create recurring evaluations, analyses and decision bases for management
• You contribute to monthly financial statements and monthly division calculations and ensure high data quality
• You support you in economic calculations as well as in cross-divisional projects and ad hoc analyses
• You develop evaluations and reports in Excel, use Power BI for analysis and help to standardize and automate controlling processes
• You gradually take on your own controlling topics

Requirements

• First practical experience: in the finance, accounting or controlling environment, for example through a permanent position or an internship
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): or shortly before graduation or a comparable further education in business administration, finance or controlling
• You work analytically, structured and carefully and enjoy dealing with numbers
• You have very good knowledge of Excel, experience with SAP and Power BI are an advantage
• You communicate comprehensibly, enjoy working with different specialist areas and appear appropriate to the addressee
• You are willing to learn, flexible and motivated to gradually take on more responsibility
• in German (negotiation confident)
