Senior HR Controller/-in (80-100%)

In order to strengthen our team in our Corporate Service Center in Dübendorf, we are looking for an analytically strong personality who will further develop HR Controlling as a central management and sparring partner function between HR, finance and operations.

Their tasks

• Responsibility for HR reporting as well as the analysis of FTE, headcount, personnel costs, social insurance and other relevant HR indicators.
• Collaboration in monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgeting processes and management and board reporting.
• Analysis and commentary of deviations as well as identification of risks and need for action.
• Creation of meaningful basis for decision-making for management, HR and finance.
• Further development of HR indicators, reporting standards and data models.
• Ensure high data quality and a consistent database across HR, wage and financial systems.
• Conduct productivity, personnel and resource analyses and derive recommendations for action.
• Responsibility for transparency and control around job planning, resource planning and personnel costs.
• Active sparring partner role for CFO, CHRO, FP&A, Business Controlling, regional management, management and operational units in HR and personnel cost topics.

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, finance, controlling, HR management or comparable qualification.
• Many years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in HR controlling.
• Very good understanding of personnel cost structures, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a high number affinity.
• Experience with HR systems, ERP solutions and BI and reporting tools.
• Secure handling of Excel and large amounts of data.
• Ability to understand complex issues and to communicate them appropriately.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method as well as a high level of initiative.
