Full description

The RSI Finance Department is competing for the RSI Regional Offer Business Controller. As a Business Controller, you ensure a transparent, effective and responsive management of the SRG SSR strategy.

Shipments

Within the team, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• You will perform operational tasks such as providing employee cost analysis, preparing reports or creating and checking databases.
• You will line up in assigned areas for all business management issues. You will be financial experts on the planning of the regional offer costs. With a holistic view of the company, you will act as financial representatives of the line and also convey the business perspective within finances.
• You will support work and project groups by providing technical skills and preparing the basis for decision-making. You will ensure the follow-up of the implementation of the decided savings plans and will proactively contribute to the search for financial solutions for the transformation of the company.
• You will analyze financial flows, identify opportunities and risks and prepare the necessary elements for the management of the activity you will be responsible for. You will identify medium-term financial risks and proactively propose corrective measures.

Requirements

• Solid analytical skills and experience in management control.
• University education in economics, diploma of expert in finance and controlling (EPS), certificate of specialist in finance and accounting (APF) or equivalent.
• Good strategic and transversal vision, business orientation and team spirit.
• Constructive work approach and solutions oriented.
• Mastery in SAP CO/FI & BI and Excel (preferred Power BI).
• Knowledge of public service media is an advantage.
• Great knowledge of German, knowledge of French is an advantage.
