• Development and management of cross-channel content and editorial planning, including collaboration on the definition of seasonal campaigns and themes with Growth & Sales
• Conceptualization, implementation, and performance optimization of newsletter and lead marketing initiatives, including analytics, conversion enhancement, and omnichannel approaches
• Planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communication measures for events, campaigns, brand projects, and freestyle initiatives
• Participation in multimedia productions, photo and video shoots, as well as further development of LAAX’s visual brand identity
• Responsibility for POS materials, merchandise projects, and marketing initiatives across various destinations and touchpoints
• Project coordination and stakeholder management from ideation to implementation, including budget, quality, and process control ## Requirements
• Several years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and marketing communication, ideally in tourism, destination marketing, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong conceptual skills and a keen sense for storytelling, visual language, and brand management
• Experience in newsletter and email marketing, including CRM tools, segmentation, and performance analysis
• Proven project management skills and familiarity with campaign planning, editorial calendars, and project tools (e.g., Asana)
• Excellent copywriting and editorial skills in German and English, with experience in coordinating photo and video productions
• Team-oriented personality with high self-initiative, agility, and a structured, meticulous, and reliable work approach
• Ability to bring together different stakeholders and actively drive processes forward
• Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus
