• Customer relationship manager: You will be the point of contact for our customers, coordinating appointments until vehicle delivery and maintaining active relationships.
• Sales interface: You will work closely with the sales team, acting as a link between the workshop and our customers.
• Expert in estimates: You will prepare offers in line with requests, guarantee the cleanliness and completeness of the vehicles and manage workshop orders with professionalism.
• Mobility expert: You will create a welcoming atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and passion for mobility. Your profile
• Technical training and commercial skills: You have completed training in the automotive sector (AFC car maintenance mechanic, AFC car mechatronics or AFC body shop) and have good commercial skills, as well as some years of experience as an after-sales consultant.
• Knowledge of the bodywork sector: Experience in the bodywork sector as a bodywork technical consultant is an advantage. After-sales service skills: You are sociable, love contact with people and stand out for your consultancy and persuasion skills.
• Digital affinity: You are comfortable with digital processes, virtual communication with customers and the use of artificial intelligence tools.
• Positive mindset: You are resilient, manage stress constructively and always maintain an optimistic attitude. Your customer orientation, technical skills and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make you the ideal candidate. Driving Licence: You hold a valid category B driving licence.
