• Customer Relations Manager: You will be the point of reference for our customers, you will provide a targeted and competent advice by coordinating appointments of mechanics and body shop until the return of the vehicle and maintaining active relationships
• Commercial interface: You will work closely with the sales team, acting as a link between the workshop and our customers
• Expert in quotes: You will process offers in line with the requests, guarantee the cleanliness and completeness of the vehicles and you will manage the workshop orders professionally until the billing to reach the maximum satisfaction of the customer
• Mobility Expert: You will create a welcoming atmosphere and convince our customers thanks to your expertise and your passion for mobility

Your profile

• You have training as a certified technical advisor or an AFC of maintenance mechanics or mechatronics of cars
• You have matured at least 5 years of experience as a technical or receptive consultant
• You are a person with a sense of responsibility and have strong organizational skills that also keeps in moments of intense activity
• Resistant to stress, you are flexible, dynamic and proactive
• You have affable ways and relationships with people easily
• You are comfortable with digital processes, virtual communication with customers and the use of artificial intelligence tools
• Please express yourself correctly in German or English
• You are willing to perform courses and professional updates
• You have a valid driving license of category B
