Tasks

• ensure the configuration, management, monitoring, updating, development and specialist support of critical ICT infrastructures assigned, in collaboration with suppliers, partners and the Information Systems Centre (CSI);

• to form and assist the user in the use of the various special applications, in particular those in use at the common alarm station (CECAL )

• support the technical management of plants under alarm in management to the ECSCL

• in the operational activities 118 and 117 of the ECSCL, in particular, take up the role of support for conduct, in case of major or extraordinary events

• assume the role of Polycom specialist

• guarantee the lock and technical support/ ICT of the cantonal police

Requirements

• training as SSST or SSIG technician in electronics, computer science

• Swiss citizenship

• good conduct and absence of precedents incompatible with function

• excellent linguistic knowledge of Italian (conversation and editing), good knowledge of German spoken and written (minimum level QCER B2+ )

• license to conduct category B

• at least 5 years of proven experience in computer science/systems

• available for use in shifts on flexible hours and h24 picks

• good health and stress resistance, reliability and attitude to work both in team and independently

• analytical, decision-making and autonomous thinking and action

• are preferential title:

• possession of higher qualifications, certifications or diplomas in telecommunications, electronics and technical information technology

• good knowledge of French and English

• experience in managing high resilience systems and operating power stations

• certifications or experience in IT service management (ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, SDLC, ISO/IEC 20000, etc.)

• experience of military conduct or first-intervention bodies with a minimum degree of suff sup

• proven experience in telecommunications/radio, telematics, automation or technical information

Special remarks

• the candidates who participate in the competition authorize the cantonal police to process all the data necessary for the verification of safety of good conduct and the absence of precedents incompatible with the use in Police

• for the evaluation of technical, personal and transversal skills (soft skills) a specific assessment is provided, whose results will be considered jointly to the selection talks

• at the time of entry into service the candidate must be domiciled in Ticino or in Moesano

Terms of use

• appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the sorting of employees of the State and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulations. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
