SAP Fioneer Financial Control Consultant ( Functional) — UBS

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fioneer Financial Control (FC) functional consultant to support the implementation and optimization of the financial control process. The role requires a strong blend of functional expertise, stakeholder engagement, and SAP product knowledge to translate business requirements into effective solutions. The position will play a critical role in driving the design, implementation and adoption of the Fioneer financial control module, while ensuring alignment with broader SAP finance architecture. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support the implementation of SAP Fioneer Financial control module, including requirement gathering, solution design and deployment. • Engage with business stakeholders to understand financial control requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs • Provide subject matter expertise on financial control processes (reconciliation, substantiation, reporting) • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate system configuration and integration. • Evaluate existing processes and recommend best practices and optimization opportunities. • Support UAT, training, and post implementation stabilization. • Support the transition from legacy financial control systems to SAP Fioneer financial control including process assessment, gap analysis and migration support. • Partner with vendor to drive co-innovation and solution enhancements aligned and business and control requirements. • Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Provide inputs on data models, controls, and governance frameworks related to financial control.
