To complete and strengthen our team at our Lugano branch, we are looking for a strong, responsible, dynamic, flexible, motivated, proactive, persuasive, and client-oriented personality as an Individual Client Consultant (100%). We seek an enterprising and initiative-driven individual who can take on responsibilities and work efficiently, with good command of national languages and a strong interpersonal orientation. Profile We are looking for someone who can manage and develop clients in the credit field, offer competent and personalized advice, and be driven to sell our products, services, and banking offerings with the following profile and equipped with:

• Banking education enhanced by SAQ certification or equivalent
• Proven experience in banking or similar roles
• In-depth technical and credit knowledge
• Communicative, motivated, reliable, precise, and team-oriented person
• Good knowledge of the territory and regional social context
• Knowledge of national languages, particularly German, is preferred
