Lerch BL/mt/fdd 10 July 2026 ADVISO DI CONCORSO The MUNICIPIO DI LOCARNO makes known that the competition is open to in charge of music teachers for each of the musical specializations indicated (clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone) at the Popular School of Music in Locarno (SPML). Teachers will have to give individual instrumental lessons, ensure the formation of the student/or and preparation for class concerts, final essays and any ensemble of axieme music. Since 1 July, SPML has been managing instrumental courses for Locarno's Cittadina Music. The new teachers will be required to follow the programme provided by the Ticinese Bandistic Federation and to prepare the student adequately, so that at the end of the band's musical journey he can become part of Locarno's Citizen Music. Let us note that teaching hours will depend on the number of pupils enrolled to learn the chosen musical instrument. Currently the instrumental classes are to be created ex novo. Requirements

• Diploma (bachelor) of a recognised Swiss or foreign conservatory
• Experience pedagogical, instrumental and artistic skills
• Knowledge in the band (Switzerland or abroad)
• Enthusiasm and motivation in music teaching regardless of age of pupils The position is framed in the role of Teacher in class 11 (according to the Organic Regulation of Collaborators and Collaborators of Locarno). The salary fork, for 100% use, starts from CHF 73’857.- up to a maximum of CHF 110’785.-, to which allowances for children must be added (CHF 2’580.-/CHF 3’216.-). The entry into service is scheduled from September 2026 with a weekly schedule varying according to the registrations.
