- Support for compliance, such as the Institute, for all banking compliance;
- Evasion of compliance practices including: onboarding of new customers, periodic review of customer KYC profiles, predisposition of documentation for internal, external auditors and Authority;
- Plausibility controls in the area of traffic monitoring payments, transactions and higher risk relationships (KYT);
- Use of the goAML platform, setup and management of signals to be forwarded to MROS;
- To help set up and update internal regulations and procedures;
- Collaborate in the planning and delivery of personnel training in the fields of compliance, in particular anti-money laundering, sanctions, CDB, cross-border, suitability, etc.;
- Participate in further internal control and consulting activities of compliance service. Profile
- University license in economics, law or equivalent;
