Competition: Director/Director Sanitario at Clinica Varini, Orselina (Locarnese, Canton Ticino) Description The Clinical Varini Foundation of Orselina, with its 130 employees, offers stationary and outpatient performance in the fields of specialist medicine and dermatology for adult patients.

The structure is a reference point for the taking and care of different fragility, with 75 beds in various sectors: Acute repared with less intensity (RAMI), geriatric palliative care, House for the elderly, temporary stay and adult invalid Foyers.

In anticipation of the integration with the Casa per Anziani Montesano, for a total of 110 beds from January 2028, the contest for the recruitment of an FMH Specialist in general internal medicine with in-depth training preferably in geriatrics.

Shipments The Director of Health will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, assuming the health responsibility of the Orselina Geriatric Pole and contributing to the training of medical assistants to obtain the FMH specialist title in general internal medicine.

• FMH specialist in general medicine with in-depth training preferably in geriatrics
• Spirit of initiative, flexibility and positive adaptation
• Exploited relational and communication skills
• Organizational capacity and preparation for interdisciplinary collaboration with a view to continuous improvement of the future Orselina Geriatric Pole
• Clinical leadership and ability to guide the assistive process by supporting the healing team in complex decisions
• Reliability and constant professional behaviour, oriented to the quality and safety of care
• Ability to build a therapeutic trust relationship based on mutual respect, continuity and reliability
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and at least a second national language, preferably German
• Solid information skills, in particular correct use of computerized clinical folder and Microsoft Office package
• Swiss citizenship or residence permit C or B
