Requirements

• academic title (bachelor and master or bachelor) in social, political or economic sciences

• multiannual experience in institutional, administrative or public policies, preferably in the areas of the cantonal labour market, the application of federal, cantonal norms or coordination between federal or cantonal authorities and social partners

• experience in implementing, monitoring or coordinating measures arising from public policies or legislative provisions

• data analysis and synthesis capabilities and information

• excellent proficiency of Italian (conversation and editing), excellent ability to draft official documents and reports

• spirit of initiative and orientation in search of solutions

• good knowledge of German (conversation and editing), for understanding specialist texts and participation in intercantonal exchanges. Knowledge of French (conversation) is a preferential title

Special remarks

• the function of scientific collaborator/scientist I (class 10) can be attributed only to candidates who have complete academic qualifications: university license, degree, Bachelor's + Master's degree or professional university (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have gained at least 15 years of professional experience in the required scope

• the function of scientific collaborator/scientist/second (class 9) will be attributed to candidates who have only a Bachelor's or a short degree or candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and possess full academic qualifications: university license, degree, consecutive university master's degree or professional university (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)

• degree of employment: full-time (100%) - part-time (from 50%), in its application the candidate is invited to indicate the desired percentage

Application conditions

• applications must be submitted online. Other forms of application shall not be deemed valid

• in addition to the documents to be submitted at the time of the online application (letter of presentation and motivation, curriculum vitae, diplomas, certificates and certificates of work), in a second moment may be required further documentation (judicial casellario with relative self-certification and self-certification on the state of health)

Conditions of use

• appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the sorting of employees of the State and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulations. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
