We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role include:

Key responsibilities

• Analysis of small credit requests using dedicated tools and received documentation
• Administration of returned contracts
• Office checks on execution and bankruptcies, addresses, employers, additional documentation
• Credit disbursement
• Customer care for existing clients without delay
• Handling emails and calls from clients and external partners
• Sending payment policies, extinguishing extracts, detailed calculations
