Tasks

• plan and coordinate some projects of the CAP Health promotion, in particular the pilot phase of adult mental health
• co-ordinate collaboration with project partners (institutions, associations, professionals) and ensure the supervision of projects entrusted
• ensure regular monitoring and evaluation of projects
• draft interim and annual reports
• draft dissemination content (e.g. press releases, scientific publications, social media, brochures)
• participate in interdisciplinary and interdepartmental working groups
• collaborate and provide support to colleagues and colleagues in health promotion projects (mental)
• provide internal counselling on mental health issues

Requirements

• complete academic education (bachelor and master or license) in psychology, obtained preferentially from a Swiss University; a training in social and applied psychology is a preferential title
• training in project management
• proven professional experience in the management and coordination of projects in the field of health promotion, prevention or health at work
• experience in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of interventions and projects, including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis activities and reporting
• experience and knowledge in mental health and occupational health constitute a preferential title
• knowledge and experience in research form a preferential title
• excellent knowledge of the territory, proven by working experience in the socio-sanitary network of the Canton Ticino
• excellent knowledge (conversation and editing) of the Italian language and good knowledge of a second official language (speaking and written); at least passive knowledge of the third language is preferential title
• excellent editorial capacity
• Computer independence on the MS Office package
• good skills in data management and statistical tools that allow self-employment
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, propositive attitude, ability to adapt and good relational skills

Special remarks

• the function of scientific collaborator/scientist I (class 10) can be attributed only to candidates who have complete academic qualifications: university license, degree, Bachelor's + Master's degree or professional university (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have gained at least 15 years of professional experience in the required scope
• the function of scientific collaborator/scientist/II (class 9) will be attributed to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and in possession of complete academic qualifications: university license, degree, consecutive master's degree or professional university school (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)
• start of work, immediate
• Article 15 and 16 of the GROSS shall be held until 31 August 2028

Terms of use

• the assignment is provided by the law on the order of the employees of the State and the teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulation. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved
• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
