Role overview
We are looking for a collaborator/collaborator Logistics Services – Technical Office to strengthen our team.
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the maintenance and repair of buildings and technical facilities, ensuring efficient operations and high quality service for our internal customers.

- Conoscenza di applicativi per la gestione di ticket e asset (EAM, SAP o simili)
- Buone conoscenze di sistemi di gestione edifici (Siemens, Honeywell o simili)
Key requirements
- Conoscenza di applicativi per la gestione di ticket e asset (EAM, SAP o simili)
- Buone conoscenze di sistemi di gestione edifici (Siemens, Honeywell o simili)
- Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi Office e best practice nell’utilizzo delle tecnologie (PC, App, ecc.)
- Esperienza nella conduzione di un team e nella gestione di piccoli progetti
- Orientamento verso il cliente (interno) e forte spirito per il lavoro di squadra Residente in Ticino
- AFC diploma in technical (building and/or installations) with preference for electrical, electrotechnical or electromechanical.

- Knowledge of ticket and asset management applications (EAM, SAP or similar)
- Good knowledge of building management systems (Siemens, Honeywell or similar)
- Great knowledge of Office applications and best practices in the use of technologies (PC, App, etc.)
- Experience in running a team and managing small projects
- Orientation towards the customer (inside) and strong spirit for teamwork Resident in Ticino
- Any higher technical training is a preferential title
- Italian (mother language) and good knowledge of a second national language (preferably German). Good knowledge of English

- Experience (10 years) in the management, maintenance and repair of buildings and technical facilities, including pique service
