This is what your everyday life looks like

• The well-being of our customers is important to you - good! Because dealing with customer concerns is one of your main tasks.
• You will advise customers personally, on the phone or by e-mail – in very good German, also in English or in another foreign language.
• One Team: You work closely with your colleagues and support them with address acquisition, lead processing and termination.
• When completing various sales-related and administrative tasks, you help proactively.

• Completed vocational training in the KV, in the retail trade or in another exciting profession – we are open to this.
• Ideally, you have experience in the health insurance industry and have already acquired the VBV certificate – and if not, we support you.
