What awaits you

Do you like the idea of advising customers and professionally managing situations related to a left? Do you work with passion, spirit of initiative and enthusiasm and appreciate the exchange of ideas within a team?

As a collaborator/ collaborator of the service you will accompany our customers in a simple, competent and proactive way during all phases of the management of the left.

Your contribution

Thanks to your orientation at the service, you will be at the side of the customers since the opening of the left, providing advice and assistance throughout the process.

You will take care of the management of the sinisters until their liquidation, verifying the necessary documentation and coordinating with the different interlocutors involved.

You will manage telephone and written communications professionally and will help ensure efficient, reliable and high quality service.

Your skills

• Commercial training in the insurance sector (FA certification is preferential title)
• Experience in the management of claims and knowledge of insurance products
• Guided to solutions, spirit of initiative, decision-making and determination
• Prepared for the use of computer tools and new technologies
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Italian spoken and written. Good knowledge of the spoken and written German language (constitutes preferential title)
