What awaits you

In his role as collaborator or collaborator of the Internal Service, he works closely with the broker and sales team, actively contributing to the satisfaction of our customers and partners and the growth of the Lugano General Agency.

Your contribution

Its main tasks consist of ensuring administrative support in the management and evasion of customer requests and, with the support of Agency and Management specialists, in assisting consultants and insurance brokers in the Life and Non-Life branches. It also includes the preparation, verification and updating of offers and policies, as well as the management of correspondence with customers, partners and insurance companies.

• Commercial training
• Professional experience in insurance or support functions
• Ease of contact with customers
• Accurate, reliable and structured working method
• Group work attitude
• Good mastery of the main IT tools
• Italian mother tongue and good knowledge of German and/or French
