You will be able to competently advise our general agencies in Eastern Switzerland, private individuals and SMEs on precautionary matters. You are a professional coach, coach or coach as well as a sparring partner.

This is what you do with us

You design and lead practical training courses at the general agencies and accompany the professional development of our pension specialists and pension planners.

With your coaching and advice, you support the teams in challenging precautionary issues. In complex customer situations, you accompany discussions personally and contribute to suitable solutions.

In addition, you will train new insurance consultants in our courses in Bern and promote the exchange of knowledge through specialist forums and suitable exchange vessels.

• Higher technical training in the field of prevention and financial planning
• Several years of experience in the sale of preventive products
• Experience in adult education and sales coaching
• Knowledge in advising or managing SMEs is a plus
• Joy of new ideas and the ability to inspire people
• A sociable, goal-oriented and solution-oriented personality with high independence
• Stylistic German at native level

Working with us

You work in a team of prevention and training specialists who communicate openly, act in a solution-oriented manner and live a lot of personal responsibility. Your place of work is Zurich, but you can be flexible. Your travel activity is about 60%.
