• Lead over several Migros teo locations. This includes in particular the financial and personnel responsibility of the cluster (geographical area with several locations).
• Sales, cost, quality, assortment and inventory management are one of the core tasks. You always have the overview and control specifically.
• Ensuring management, quality standards, order, optimization as well as the management of the staff as well as the interpretation of key figures and the derivation of adequate measures.
• Introduction and further development of efficient management processes with coordination between logistics & personnel. With your organizational talent, you ensure a smooth process.
• Processual further development of the concept together with other Migros teo cluster leaders and managers. Active introduction of improvement ideas.
• Participation in small-quantity logistics including the driving of a small van (cat. B)
• You also lead the way in challenges and lead your team with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience: in the retail trade, branch management advantageous
• Eidg. Professional ID: Detailhandelsspezialist/-in with federal ID
• Driving licence Cat. B and courage to drive a van

Highest motivation to take over the management of several Migros teo locations in a young, timely sales format and to further develop this together.

• Very independent and dutiful personality with a high level of initiative and a solution-oriented way of thinking as well as exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability as well as flexibility with regard to. Work tasks and working times, coupled with good physical and mental resilience
• Careful appearance and friendly dealings, teamwork ability

German (very good knowledge)
