- Coordinate an effective troubleshooting process to identify and resolve Cloud issues
- Oversee support requests and needs of our worldwide customers
- Ensure excellence in delivering services to our customers through timely feedback and follow-ups
- Provide help and assistance to your fellow team members to troubleshoot and fix errors Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or similar fields
- Previous exposure to any Cloud provider will be considered a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft systems (Windows servers) is preferable Proactive, detail-oriented approach Teamworking attitude

- to join our R&D Department in our Chiasso HQ.
- Reporting to the Cloud Operation Lead, in this position you will work alongside qualified, senior Cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform.
- Handling support requests from all over the world, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience on Azure Cloud and learn in an international environment the best practices to deliver excellence to our customers.
- This role requires participation in a rotating shift and on-call schedule: one week every six weeks on the evening shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM CET), and one week every twelve weeks on call (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM CET).
