- Carry out necessary investigations with involved parties and manage relationships with policyholders, injured parties and their representatives, repairers, and other Companies.
- What you bring with you:
- Swiss qualification (Matura, commercial apprenticeship with federal certificate of proficiency or insurance expert with federal professional certificate)
- Knowledge of insurance products and possibly experience in claims management
- High level of resilience, initiative, strong decision-making skills, determination, collegiality, and flexibility
- High aptitude for working with IT systems and using new technologies
- Excellent command of spoken but especially written Italian.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German, with written German being a preference.
